The Sustainability Subsidy Scheme for Owners' Associations (SVVE) is intended for (mixed) Owners' Associations (VvEs), housing associations and housing cooperatives. With this subsidy, these organizations can more easily make their buildings more sustainable and thus contribute to a more sustainable future.
What can you get a subsidy for?

In addition, the National Heat Fund also offers low-interest loans in the form of an Energy Savings Loan to support the sustainability of Owners’ Associations (VvEs).
